Orders received before 2.30 pm are normally despatched the same day. There is no minimum order but orders under £15 plus VAT will incur a handling charge of £2.00 plus VAT.

Office Hours
Office hours are 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours orders can be faxed or emailed. We are normally closed for Bank Holidays and between Christmas and the New Year.

Delivery
UK mainland orders over £75.00 are sent by courier (next day service) or first class post., otherwise orders are sent by second class or parcel post. First class post is available on payment of the extra carriage cost (min 50p). If you require Special (guaranteed next day) Delivery, please advise when ordering. Export or non-UK mainland orders will be charged the additional carriage cost.

Send for Samples
We can’t illustrate all our 300 product lines, but we are always happy to provide samples on request. The internet does not render all label colours accurately. This is especially the case for day-glo and metallic labels including our tamper evident security labels.
